I'm finding it hard to keep working, keep writing over my summer holiday. Without the structure of regular classes or feedback I've found I've kind of lost where I'm going. I set out a schedule and then I get busy. I write a couple of thousand words than I then have to scrap because I realise that in the grand scheme of things they make no sense. I've been in the library for a few hours today, and I think that this quote does indeed sum up how I feel; I just have to keep going, because hopefully, in the end it will be worth it.
