'Hey baby, you're just a pretender...'

I always wanted to look like a cool, intellectual woman. I want to look intelligent and artsy. I don't want to look pretty or sexy. I want to look like I have a brain. If a guy told me my outfit made me look intelligent I would take him back to my place asap for crosswords and Sporcle quizzes. It's a shame fashion and beauty as industries don't actually work like this, and the aim is always to look sexy or beautiful; I think most of the time, you should be aiming to look like yourself, not what others might wish you to be.
